Residential Inspection

  • Whole home aggressive air sampling (surfaces and dust intentionally stirred up to show conditions when heavily used)

  • Investigation with moisture tools and thermal camera in areas that have elevated readings

Traditional mold testing - $110 per sample, includes lab fees

72-hour Radon testing - $250. Includes return trip to pick up device

If your testing reveals a significant issue that needs remediation, we can install temporary safety controls the same day to help protect your space while you wait for your mold mitigation contractor to start work.

Protocol for mold removal - no charge. Your safety is our most important priority.

Industrial Dehumidifier - $300 per week.

HEPA and VOC Air Scrubber rental - $350 per week.

Containment/Negative Air Containment - pricing based on the size and complexity of the area required.

Clearing testing after your mold remediation contractor has completed work - $450
